in case ure wondering
where i went missing for a month,
i was off to CHINA and HONGKONG!
first stop, guangzhou china.
off to bei liu village
as a english volunteer teacher!
and the journey begins...
our first stop to yi-zhong sec school.

if it were our spore kids, im sure they wun sulk and act like spoilt brats
and i found some really talented budding artists!
my dear co-teachers.
we taught the kids the word 'dreams'.
and this kid said to me
"we're just village kids.
we dont dare to dream."
and my heart felt a squeeze.
one boy's dream was to learn eng well.
and come visit us in singapore! how sweet.aww.
and i rlly hope their dreams will come true..

finally after almost a week being locked up in the school.
we did a prison break on sundayy!
we felt like ns boys booking out (:
and we were wisked off to some ulu hill for a bbq on the hills.

after the trip, we had sightseeing in guangzhou.

i must say this ocip is a great experience.
i truly thankgod for our flush-able toilets, our clean water,
our goood sofy pillows, our air-cons and the whatnots.
hopefully next yr i can take on cambodia ocip or somewhere else.
and i admit this trip have also made me realised alot of things.
but i dont feel like lamentating about the thoughts n doubts
cos right now
all i wanna do is just to live the moment.
well, either live or die trying.tts the way of life.
anw now that the teaching's over.
its time to go back to civillisation!
