day one; arriving at bkk
okay its budget air time. bleah
my first ever budget flight.
me & alaric on board airasia!
feels good to be leaving spore.
feels good to know im in for retail therapy
feels good to be with my dear pan & al.
feels sad though.to be away fr babyboy.
anyway, ready or not folks!
let me breeze you through my exciting bkk trip!
once we reached bangkok & checked in,
me & pan headed to kaosan!
its a backpackers alley.
so... first up is my first thai dinner! yumms.
our dinner place!
i love phadthai! ROARS!
MANGO stickyrice. awesomest!

unglam but authentically good.
i love the neon lights of kaosan.
and of cos. night markets are my faves too!
its a nice busy night scene!

day two; chatuchak market! (:
ohgod i swear by chatuchak
perfect shoppin haven.
its way cleaner n better than i expected
it to be! its been years since i last came!

theres half a car in this shop!
we're ready to bring down chatuchak!
time to break for lunch!

dunkindonuts there is awesomest!
and pan brought me to this chinese restaurant for lunch.
their icetea & chrysanthemum freeze is just so addictive!

and so is daryl dearie.

by local designers and i swear they are
really awesomest and stylistically the best!
siam is spore's better version of haji lane!

ohyboy its another day of shoppingg (YAYness)
its a new 5storey shopping place
mainly for girls stuff. sorry boys!

need good bargaining practices and excellent

day five; LAST DAY!
its the last day!
so we had a FINAL round of shopping
yes final.one last chance to shop!
ha you see. we nv give up any chance to shop
and bring down bkk.
after which, we were so shagged
we decided to take a break and haf icemonstterrr! roar!
its so damn good. icemango.slurpsss.

and i return with a almost 15kg load.
retail therapy is just sooo therapeutic.

but the damage done is a hole
a relatively big hole in my pocket
but it was a great trip nonetheless
and thanks pan for going thru the
non-stop shoppin action wif me these 5days
